The studio
One Time GEM began the way most good things do — with a single event that had to be right.
We had spent years working in event production before deciding to build something of our own: a studio small enough to be personal and skilled enough to handle anything. The name came naturally. Every event is singular. Every moment, once passed, doesn't return.
We work across London and travel when a project calls for it. Our team stays deliberately small — two or three people who know each event inside out, rather than a roster of coordinators who meet the couple the week before.
What we do best: the preparation that nobody sees. The floor plan drawn seventeen times until it's right. The supplier who picks up on a Saturday. The schedule that runs clean.

Craft
We take the same care over a seating plan as we do over a full production schedule. Every event deserves to be done properly, regardless of scale.

Events are unpredictable. We stay level when things shift — so our clients don't have to. The contingency plan is already in the folder before it's needed.
