A fiftieth birthday. A ruby anniversary. An engagement dinner. A thank-you party that's been on the calendar for three years. Whatever the occasion, the person at the centre of it deserves to actually enjoy the evening — not spend it checking whether the caterers have arrived.
We take care of the planning so the host can be the host. Intimate gatherings and larger celebrations alike, from London addresses to venues across the UK.
Our approach
Every party starts with a conversation about the person it's for. Their taste, their guest list, the feel they want the evening to have. From there we work outward — venue, catering, entertainment, styling — building something that feels designed rather than assembled.
We're not in the business of templates. A dinner for twenty in a private dining room and a marquee party for a hundred and fifty are different events with different requirements. We treat them differently.
On the day, we're there from setup to close. Suppliers are briefed and managed, the timeline holds, and if something shifts — as something always does — we handle it before it reaches the host.
Questions we're asked
- What size of party do you take on?
- We work with gatherings from twenty guests to several hundred. The size matters less than the detail — we'll give the same attention to a dinner for twelve as a marquee for two hundred.
- Do you travel outside London?
- Yes. We're based in London but happy to travel across the UK and internationally for the right project. Travel costs are quoted separately and discussed openly before any agreement is signed.
- How far in advance should we book?
- For larger events, six to twelve months gives us — and your suppliers — the most to work with. For smaller parties, three months often works. If your date is sooner, get in touch. We'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
- Do you work with our venue?
- Always. We adapt to whatever space you've chosen and build a working relationship with the venue team before the day. If you're still looking for a venue, we can help with that too.
- What's your minimum budget?
